Caritas Films is a production company founded by Writer/Director Flavia Casà. it operates cinemavericks, flavia's online film school. Caritas is the name of Flavia's Turkish grandparents' sailboat. Her imagination & storytelling skills emerged out of her childhood by the Mediterranean sea.

Flavia is a FRANCOPHONE Turkish-Sicilian filmmaker, born in France AND RAISED IN NYC. AFTER WORKING FOR industry AUTEURS Cedric Klapisch, Emmanuel Lubezki, & Noah Baumbach, Flavia DIRECTS PROJECTS IN lONDON (FILM, THEATRE, BRANDED CONTENT). sHE'S ALSO A SCREENWRITING LECTURER AT THE UNIVERSITY OF WARWICK, TEACHES FILMMAKING ONLINE, and produces ad campaigns.
